Configure Seasons and Age Groups
Manage Age Groups
An age group is assigned to a member‘s season record at the time of creation, but can be adjusted at a later stage. The system can allow for Associations to define their own age groups, or for all age groups to be controlled by the National Body.
- From the main configuration menu, click on Age Groups. A list of all age groups will appear. These can be created by the National Body or the Association.

- To add a new age group, click on the Add button in the top right hand corner. A new screen will open for entering a new age group.

- Enter the details for the age group, including name, date range and gender.
NOTE: At the beginning of each season you should adjust the age group date range so that it applies to the coming season.
