Membership Reporting

Membership Reporting Pdf

1. Click on the Reports icon.

2. Select whether you wish to report on Members or Teams.
Please note that team reports are not available at the team level.



3. Information is grouped together into Contact Details, Member Status, Identifications, etc.
Click on the blue heading text to expand the group and see the fields available within each group.



4. Select the fields you would like to appear on the report by checking the ‘Show’ boxes next to the field’s name.



5. To filter records select an option from the drop down list next to each item and enter in the parameters you require.



6. If you only want the report to display Distinct Values (each member can only appear once in the report) select the check box for this option.

7. Select the Sort Options that you require for your report.



8. Select the Number of Rows you would like displayed in the report. If you do not wish to limit the number of rows then leave this option as ‘No Limit’.

9. Select whether you would like your report to be emailed to you (in text format) or displayed in a new window.

10. Click on the Run Report button to generate the report.

11. Your report will now be generated and either emailed to you or displayed in a new window.
