Password Management

The hierarchical structure means that:

• The Association can set passwords for its clubs, teams and members as well as the association‘s own password.
• Clubs can set passwords for its teams and members, as well as it's own password.
• Teams can set passwords for its members, as well as it's own password.

Usernames cannot be changed.

1. Log into the Sportzware Membership Database
2. Click on the Configuration icon
3. Click on Password Management
   
   
   
   
4. Select the level for which you wish to create/edit passwords for
   
   
   
   
5. To change/create each individual password manually, enter the passwords for the Club/Team/Members in the fields provided
   
   
   
   
6. Alternately, to randomaly assign all passwords, click on Automatically Generate Passwords
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the Update Passwords button to save changes.
