Click on Members to view the member list or use the search function to find the member.
Select the member you wish to re-register.
If they are not registered in the ‘New Registration Season’, the member will be flagged as ‘unregistered’. You will see the following option:
Click on Register.
Select the options for the rollover – the (1) season and (2) club (compulsory), (3) association membership package* (optional) and (4) age group (optional).
Select whether the member is a player, coach or match official, and their financial status, by using the check boxes.
Click on Update Season Summary
‘Member Packages’ are different to ‘products’ in that they are a single value with no related transactional information. You can set up member packages from the main configuration menu > Member Packages. Associations and Clubs not using the Online Registration Form (and products) may be better suited to using Member Packages.
