Season Rollover

Season Rollover

At any time, members can be rolled over from one season to another. There are two options for rolling over members.

1. By clicking the Season Rollover icon on the Members List screen (for bulk rollovers).
2. Through a member’s record (individual roll over).

Bulk Rollover

1. Click on Members in the left menu to view the member list.
2. Use the season filter to bring up the members you wish to roll over.
3. Click on the Season Rollover button in the top right hand corner.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the season from the drop down list to which you wish to roll the members over (click here for instructions on how to Set up Seasons in your database).
   
   
   
   
5. If rolling over at the Association level, you can include 'Club records' as well so that members are also rolled over in their respective club/s. To do this check the Include Club Records in Rollover box.
6. Check the ‘Include all Records in Rollover’ box to automatically select all members for the rollover. You can then un-tick the boxes for any members you do not wish to include in the rollover. Alternately, don’t check the ‘Include all Records in Rollover’ box so that no members are automatically selected. You can then tick all the boxes of the members you do wish to roll over.
   
   
   
   
7. Use the check boxes to select/ deselect members for the rollover.
   
   The season to which the members are being rolled over to will display at the bottom of screen. Before hitting the Update button, check that the selected season is correct and hit the back button if you need to change the season.
   
   
8. Click on Update to roll the members over to the new season.

Individual Roll Over

1. Click on Members to view the member list.
2. Select the member you wish to roll over.
3. If they are not registered in the ‘New Registration Season’, you will see the following option:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Register.
5. Select the options for the rollover – the (1) season and (2) club (compulsory), (3) association membership package and (4) age group (optional).
   
   
   
   
6. Click on Update Season Summary
