Transactional Reports
- From the main Association/League menu, select the Reports icon

- Click on Member Reports

- Select the fields that you would like to appear in the report by ticking the boxes next to the field names.
- Select any filters that you wish to apply (ie. for transactions between certain dates) to the report.
- From the ‘Show’ drop down box in the ‘Options’ area, select either Unique Records Only or Summary Data.
- Click Run Report to generate the report.
Some common transaction reports include:
Product Sales Summary for Online Credit Card sales
- Un-tick Personal > First Name
- Un-tick Personal > Surname
- Un-tick Personal > Active Record
- Tick Transactions > Product (is not blank)
- Tick Transactions > Quantity
- Tick Transactions > Amount Due
- Tick Transaction > Transaction Status (equals Paid)
- Tick Transactions > Payment Type (equals Online Credit Card)
- Options > Show = Unique Records Only
- Sort By = Transaction Date
Online Credit Card Transaction Summary by Product
- Tick Personal > First Name
- Tick Personal > Surname
- Tick Personal > Active Record (equals ‘Yes’)
- Tick Transactions > Product
- Tick Transactions > Transaction Status (equals Paid)
- Tick Transactions > Payment Type (equals Online Credit Card)
- Options > Show = Summary Data
