Viewing Offline/Manual Clearances from Sportzware Central

'Offline' or 'Manual' Clearances can be described as clearances that are processed by the association without using the Sportzware Online Clearance system. Manual clearances can be entered into Sportzware Central and Membership Synchronisation to the Online Membership Database. Once this occurs, there is a specific location where manual clearances can be viewed in the Online Membership Database by associations and clubs.

1. Click on List Online Clearances in the menu
2. Click on List Offline/Manual Clearances

The list of offline/manual clearances that have been entered through Sportzware Central will appear. Further information can be found on an offline clearance by clicking on the member‘s name, however no further processing of these clearances can be done online.
