To be able to accept credit card transactions over the Internet the client is required to have a merchant account. SportingPulse can provide advice in setting this up if needed. This merchant account needs to include Internet transactions and provide an Internet Terminal ID. Banks generally charge a Merchant Account setup fee, a monthly/annual account maintenance fee, and transactional fee.
The merchant account is handled between the client and bank. Whilst SportingPulse may offer some advice, we are not active in this relationship or the ongoing support of it.
